Moscow based artist Dmitri Aske aka Sicksystems is currently painting a big mural in the city of Mannheim. The 28-year-old artist was invited by the Stadt.Wand.Kunst Initiative (a initiative of Alte Feuerwache Mannheim, GBG, MONTANA-CANS, project Mannheim 2020). Das Künstlerduo Herakut gestaltet eine Hausfassade der GBG in der Mannheimer Innenstadt [su_spacer size="20"] während der letzten drei Tage waren Jasmin Siddiqui und Falk Lehman, besser bekannt unter "Herakut", in der Mannheimer Innenstadt am Arbeiten: Auf einem sechsstöckigen Gebäude der GBG entstand ein weiteres Kapitel ihres weltweiten Kunstprojektes "The Giant Storybook Project". Neben riesigen Wandgemälden in Kathandu, Miami, San Francisco, Rochester (NY), Toronto, Montreal, Melbourne, Lexington und München reiht sich nun auch Mannheim in die Liste dieser Städte ein.
