Erarbeitetes Strategiepapier/Joint Strategy Paper
Im Rahmen des EU-Projekts FSAI – Female Street Art Incubator entsteht derzeit die Female Street Artist Empowerment Strategy. Das Papier setzt sich mit Geschlechterungleichheiten in der Street-Art-Szene auseinander und entwickelt Ansätze für fairere Bedingungen, mehr Sichtbarkeit, bessere Arbeitsstrukturen und stärkere künstlerische Teilhabe von Frauen.
Im Fokus stehen Fragen von Zugang, Sicherheit, Arbeitsbedingungen, Auswahlprozessen, künstlerischer Freiheit und struktureller Verantwortung im Feld. Ziel ist es, nicht nur Herausforderungen zu benennen, sondern auch konkrete Handlungsperspektiven für Festivals, Kurator*innen, Institutionen, Kommunen und Netzwerke aufzuzeigen.
As part of the EU project FSAI – Female Street Art Incubator, the Female Street Artist Empowerment Strategy is currently being developed. The paper addresses gender inequality in the street art scene and proposes approaches for fairer conditions, greater visibility, better working structures, and stronger artistic participation for women.
It focuses on questions of access, safety, working conditions, selection processes, artistic freedom, and structural responsibility within the field. The aim is not only to identify challenges, but also to propose concrete perspectives for action for festivals, curators, institutions, municipalities, and networks.
